For my senior year BFA show, I carved woodblock and linocut added with colored pencil to bring them to life. Throughout this series, I highlight the importance of fostering a relationship with nature and see how we are similar to the plants and the land around us, as we are all part of the natural world. Through the ecosystem, we are allowed to show our true emotions, the good and the bad, to find balance in ourselves and the universe.
